Frequently asked questions
A valid driving licence (two-wheeler, MCWG / MCWOG) and one original government photo ID such as Aadhaar, Voter ID or Passport. Outstation riders can also show a college or company ID.
Yes. A fully refundable security deposit, shown on every bike page, is collected at pickup by UPI, card or cash and refunded within 24 hours of returning the vehicle in good condition.
Fuel is not included. Vehicles are handed over with fuel to reach the nearest pump, and you only pay for what you use.
Each bike has a free daily kilometre limit (120 to 250 km depending on the model). Extra kilometres are charged at a small per-km rate listed on the bike page.
Yes. Rides to Bhubaneswar, Puri, Konark, Chilika and anywhere within Odisha are allowed. Please tell us at pickup if you plan an interstate trip.
